We Manage Homes
Our team will find a renter, collect rent payments from tenants, supervise maintenance and repairs as needed, and represent you, the owner, if evictions become necessary. We normally have a minimum of 1 year leases, but often times we have two and three year contracts with our tenants.
Many of our home owners have warranties on their properties or a list of contractors they prefer to use. If repairs are needed we coordinate with the warranty companies and contractors. We have licensed contractors we use on a regular basis if you have no warranty or preferred contractors. We always coordinate repairs with the tenant for you and we never charge a maintenance supervision charge.
We Find Renters for Homes
We'll advertise the listing and work with local brokers to create attention for your property. Upon receiving a call from an interested tenant, we'll schedule an appointment for them to visit the property. We check each tenant's credit and references.
Prior to the tenant moving in we complete a walk through inspection that we compare with a end of lease inspection when the tenant vacates.
